Here’s what you can expect to see on site in the next two weeks:

The week of 2/11, the construction crew will be pouring the 34th floor and forming the 35th floor.  On the “C” portion of the site, closest to One Pierrepont, we will be pouring the 2nd floor roof slab. Block will be installed on the 16th and 20th floors of the tower. Exterior stone installation will continue on the Clinton Street elevation. Upturned beams will be poured on the 24th and 25th floors. Window installation will continue to the 5th and 6th floors and interior framing will occur on the 2nd and 3rd floors. General housekeeping (clean-up and trash collection) and implementation of site safety protocols will continue.  The sewer connection on Clinton Street is in progress and there are possible road closures, though access to parking garages on Clinton Street will be maintained. ConEd is expected to be working on Clinton Street and there is a possible street closure for that work as well.

Next week (starting 2/18), the crew will pour the 35th and 36th floors. Block installation will continue up to the 21st floor. Exterior stone installation on Clinton Street will continue and windows will be installed up to the 6th and 7th floors. Upturned beams will be poured on the 26th and 27th floors. Interior wall framing will occur on the 3rd floor. No street closures are anticipated.
